1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Allways app, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. Service description

Allways is an event-discovery app in Seoul (South Korea). It lets users share and discover local events in real time.

3. Terms of use

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Allways.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.
  • You agree not to post illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Posted events must be real and take place in Seoul.
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, and fake events are prohibited.

4. User content

By posting an event or a photo, you grant Allways a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users. You remain the owner of your content.

Allways reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without notice.

5. Liability

Allways is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events posted by users. Participation in an event is at your own risk.

Allways is not responsible for interactions between users.

6. Changes and termination

Allways reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

Allways may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.

8. Location-based service (South Korea)

Allways is a location-based service (위치기반서비스) under South Korea's Act on the Protection, Use, Etc. of Location Information. This clause supplements the Privacy Policy for users located in South Korea.

Location is used only in real time to display nearby events and is never stored on our servers (see Privacy Policy, section 1).

You can withdraw your consent at any time from your device settings; some features (nearby events, proximity alerts) will then be unavailable.
